A Pacific rim infused menu awaits your palate in this "living, breathing" menu as the daily selections change with the wind.  Unique appetizers like flash seared Ahi tuna with soy caramel, wasabi aioli and pickled ginger dazzle the eye and excite your taste buds.  Grilled flatbread pizzas, unique sandwiches and specialty drinks make Kona Bay a place to be.  Our signature Kona Filet features a Certified Hereford Beef filet Mignon crusted with fresh ground Kona coffee then grilled to your taste.  We display this masterpiece on top of a Gorgonzola crostini with a bourbon, peppercorn demi glace and finish the presentation with crispy haystack onions!

Cappuccino, Latte, Breve, or just a perfectly brewed cup of Jo to go is yours when you need it.  Always a flavor of the day, and only a few feet away - let the coffee corner feed the need for a little "perk me up" when you need it most.  Sample a scone, fresh baked muffin, or have a little cereal or fresh fruit to start the day with your hazelnut latte. Open bright and early at 6 o'clock a.m. daily across from the front desk in the main lobby.
